Holiday pay & end-of-year bonus

Everyone who starts with us is assigned their own consultant. That consultant becomes your pillar of support and does all the administrative work for you. Our job coach also helps you when needed.

The best pay conditions

Danika has been known for paying your wages correctly and on time for 15 years. The pay you receive is in line with industry wages.

Hospitalisation insurance

You will receive FREE hospitalization insurance that your family can also enjoy. We want the best for our Danikaans and their families.

Personal Hourly Schedule

Plan your own working week. Do you prefer working only in the morning or rather in the afternoon with some full days? It is all possible!

Mileage allowance

You will be reimbursed for every kilometer you make for us. Both to your first customer and driving through to your next customer is paid by us we pay you in full.

Own municipality/city?

No more traffic jams because we make sure you can work as close to home as possible. Our consultants look for clients in your area especially for you.

Regular customers

You will be assigned your own clients by us whom you will visit at fixed times. Do you have clients of your own? Then you can bring them along and retain your customers.

Training

Quality is very important to us. Therefore, every Danikaantje receives some interesting training that you can apply during the job.

DANIKA clothing

Every year you will receive a budget with which you can build up your Danika wardrobe to your heart's content. All our clothing can be found on our own webshop: 'Dshop'.

Days off

Having a down day? Can happen in any family. So use a day off and stay home for a day so you can get back to your old self quickly.

Career switch?

Fancy doing something completely different where you make a difference? Then make a career switch and we will get you ready to become a qualified Danikaan. Men are also welcome.

Communication is also an important part of a job as a domestic worker. A part we have been working on every day since we started in 2007.

First of all, you can count on a strong administration. So you don't have to do any paperwork yourself and they take care of a smooth processing of all paperwork and of course to receive all benefits on time and correctly.

We also keep you informed through various channels. First of all, there is our personnel website, unique in our sector. Via DWEB (short for DanikaWeb) you can find everything (documents, applications, articles, facts, etc.).

DMAP, another exclusive tool in our sector, is your personal folder where you can collect all your documents.

Our regional offices welcome you by appointment, so that you can talk to your counsellor in a calm and personal manner. Would you prefer to call us personally? Then there is our FREE staff number.

There is also a nice newsletter that keeps you informed of everything that happens at DANIKA. As a domestic worker, you get to see your colleagues in this way.

And that's not all... we will continue to work on even better communication so that you continue to feel comfortable in our family.
