To make everything as smooth as possible for our domestic workers, we have talented consultants who support them daily in all aspects of their employment. Our consultants are the pillars of support for our domestic workers. They go to work daily to support the domestic workers, create schedules, provide a listening ear and solution-oriented thinking.

A CONSULTANT HAS A VERY VARIED JOB. SO YOU WILL DAILY:

  • Coaching a fine group of domestic helpers where you motivate them, support them or offer a listening ear;
  • Making adjustments in schedules of housekeeping helpers;
  • Answering telephones and making calls to customers to discuss changes in schedules;
  • Recruit, start up and follow up on household helpers;
  • Ensure growth and a nice appearance of the office.

QUESTIONS

  • You have strong social skills, conversational techniques are no stranger to you.
  • Growth and targets do not deter you.
  • You take steps to make the Danika name known in the region.
  • You are a positive person, warm in your manner and thus always contribute to a pleasant team atmosphere.
  • You combine administrative qualities with strong social skills.
  • You can work in a structured, punctual and meticulous manner and have an understanding of procedures, you can multitask.
  • You have a listening ear and healthy empathy.
  • Experience as a service voucher counselor is a plus.

In short, social skills are very important and go hand in hand with commercial and administrative insights.
